I’m too Stressed to Learn: Understanding the Connection Between Behavior, Learning & Stress for Our Students

We are all concerned about our students and how they are handling their stress. Stress can have a big impact on our daily lives and a detrimental effect on a students’ ability to learn. During this interactive session, we will examine the impact of stress and trauma on students and explore strategies to build resilience. Participants will leave with a new understanding of the mind-body connection between stress and learning and be better equipped with ideas and strategies to support their students.
