Educating different personalities takes patience and perseverance. Leading schools and classrooms in any community are often challenging. Remarkable things can happen when empathy is the first step in building trusting relationships with students, peers, and parents. We are social servants. We'll explore a researched and practiced mental model (Innovative Leader) full of mindset abilities that all innovative educators and leaders must be grounded in to be most effective. We will discuss strategies to help manage the unique stressors that social service demands. Then take those mindsets and actively dive into scenarios to practice each mental model. Finally, you will leave with a new sense of empowerment about the problems you face.
