For 30 years I've been dedicating my life's work to the field of education. I spent 15 years in the classroom at the elementary and middle school levels as a teacher.

If you are interested in Mastery-Based Education or Standards-Based grading, let's talk! We also have embedded a progress monitoring module called Plans that will organize and track any individualized learning plan regardless of IEP status or not. Data and Assessments are also a big part of Otus that helps create a full picture of a student's academic journey. It's really cool and would love to talk about it.
